> Inventory, price & take excess possessions to charities (client receives tax receipts), and/or coordinate charity pickups

> Purchase supplies (reimbursement at cost), as needed

> Offer referrals to (and work with) cleaners, trash haulers, consignment companies, auctioneers, estate & online sales companies, packer-movers, contractors/handymen

> Gift certificates available for family, friends, charity/church/school fundraisers

> "Focus & Follow-up" hands-on organizing/coaching sessions (prepaid, discounted packages of services)

> "Maintenance" schedule available for ongoing 2hour sessions, twice/month, once original tasks finished.  Especially useful for processing mail, filing, personal errands, etc.

"Right-Sizing" & Senior Move Management:  Providing kind & conscientious care to seniors whether they want to simplify their lives to stay in place, or move to a smaller space.

> At-home needs assessment & creation of "Action Plan"

> If moving, Clutterbucks serves as project manager to ascertain each client's needs for some/all tasks and creates timetable for coordinated, less-stress move

> Help to sort "keeper things" vs. things for family/friends, charity, sale, trash

> Referral to other vendors, if needed (realtors, daily money managers, geriatric care managers, contractors)

> Move-day collaboration with movers @ old & new locations

> Unpack & settle-in services

> "Aging in Place" audits - evaluate home, make recommendation for safety & comfort improvements

> Offer individual consultants & presentations on Caregiver & "Right-Sizing" issues-housing options, financial concerns. health & lifestyle questions, "Last Things" discussion, "Organizing for the Octogenarian & Others," etc.

Scheduling Services:

> A phone call to Victoria @ 703-237-6826 provides an initial 15 minute FREE discussion of your organizing challenges & what's on your "wishlist."  Most appointments are daytime Monday thru Friday (occasional Saturday sessions available with advance notice), usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance.

> Clutterbucks has a 4 hour per session minimum - including the initial, onsite, face-to-face "Walk & Talk" assessment and planning session.  We tour the space & discuss your particular situation.  We ask questions about home, family, work, hobbies, routines - all those aspects of life that generate "stuff."  That first session will also include a hands-on "jumpstart" on some priority area or project.  You get to check us out and experience some immediate success.

> Supplies:  Once you've booked an organizing session, you do not need to go out & buy a lot of supplies or organizing products.  Initially, we'll bring bags and/or boxes for trash, recycling, donations, etc.  As our efforts continue, we may find supplies or items to repurpose, onsite.

If things are needed, we can provide advice for your purchases.  Or, if Clutterbucks buys items for you, we do not mark up the costs.  You reimburse us at-cost, plus a flat shopping fee.

> Payment is due at the time of service, by check or VISA/MasterCard.  Most professional organizers charge by the hour - so does Clutterbucks, although discounted packages of "Focus & Follow-up" services (prepaid as monthly retainer) are also available.

Your time is valuable; so is ours.  The initial appointment is reserved over the phone with MC/VISA card info and a $200 deposit.  The deposit is applicable to our first session.

Cancellations: Clutterbucks requests 48 hours advance notice (by phone/voicemail) to cancel or reschedule an appointment without forfeiture of that deposit.  Specific information on fees is available from Victoria, Owner/Organizer.

> During the initial session, we'll discuss what it is you want us, Clutterbucks, to do, what you might have the time and aptitude to do independently, vs. what you want us to do together.  Every day is different; every client is different.  We pace the work - and the timing & number of work sessions - based on your goals, the scope of the job, your decision-making ability & budget.
